Voicera is an artificial intelligence (AI) based enterprise software that facilitate collaboration by connecting workplace meetings to other systems of record. The software provides a virtual assistant through the company's Enterprise Voice Assistant, or "Eva," platform. Eva is a voice-activated conferencing assistant that listens, takes notes, and identifies action items and decisions during company and person-to-person meetings.
Headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Voicera's assistant software enables post-meeting review, highlighting, wireless communication, and sharing through incorporation with existing business software and communication tools. Eva functions with standard meeting platforms such as Skype, WebEx, BlueJeans, and Google Hangouts. The outcomes collected from meeting conversations can also be integrated into other business applications, such as Salesforce.

Formerly known as both Workfit, Inc. and Rizio Inc., Voicera began as a startup in 2016, with an aim to convert conference call follow-ups and mid-meeting customer relationship management updates into digitized information. The concept capitalizes on the AI roots supporting Google Home and Amazon Echo. In early 2017, the company received a seed investment of $13.9 million, lead by Battery Ventures, Greycroft Partners, and Salesforce Ventures, among other firms.
